This year, Eat, Drink & Be Hopeful will be held at the Tobacco Warehouse in Dumbo.  The Tobacco Warehouse is located at 26 New Dock Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201. As host of the very popular PBS series, Daisy Cooks!, Daisy Martinez has become a familiar face in most households. She is a regular contributor to leading publications and a featured guest on popular TV shows all over the country. She is the author of Daisy Cooks! Latin Flavors that Will Rock Your World, an IACP nominee and winner of the Best Latino Cuisine Cookbook in the World by the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. She is currently working on her second book and brand new show. Stay tuned!

Darrin Siegfried, The Dean of American Sommeliers, has personally trained more than 900 of the nation's finest wine captains. In his distinguished hospitality industry career, Darrin has served as President of the Sommelier Society of America, represented the United States in the international Olympics for Sommeliers, and as Manager and Sommelier for some of New York's finest dining establishments. He is currently operating partner of Park Slope's beloved wine & spirits store, Red, White & Bubbly.
