When I find a distilled spirit that really is better than most, I’m happy to bring it to you, along with a recipe that you can use to enjoy it. We have had great fun over the past few years trying small-batch Bourbons, sipping icy glasses of Vodka distilled from Vermont maple sap (delicious!), discovering the most ethereally dry gin, actually made in London, a Sake hand made by a 16th generation brewer, a traditional Limoncello from Tuscany and a seductive liqueur made from Pomegranates, the fruit from the Garden of Eden. There are so many wonderful spirits out there, and I look forward to sharing them with you!
