YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE TO BUY WINE AND SPIRITS.

According to SLA (NY State Liquor Authority):

Online orders for wine, liquor and other alcoholic beverages may not be originated from or shipped to the following US States: Massachusetts, Tennessee, New Hampshire, Florida, Michigan, Kentucky and Utah.

All wines are sold in NY State and title passes to the buyer in NY State. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state outside of NY State. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier (U.P.S.), to deliver your order to you. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, your represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the persons to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered to you, you will be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old.

UPS, currently accommodates shipping to the following US States only:
Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, DC, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Our web site is monitored Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process your order, and then it is usually shipped out within 1 to 2 business days after processing. If you have a need for delivery by a certain date or need rush service, please be sure to email or call us (718-636-9463). We will make every effort to accommodate you.

If you are not currently among the permitted states, redwhiteandbubbly.com will not enable you to purchase wine or liquor.
